Connect the screen
Install the VisionMagic app on the TV’s Android box or Android TV from a link, then pair it with the 6-digit code it shows. How to connect a screen

Add content and set the times
Upload images and videos, put them in a playlist and choose when each playlist plays. Videos are converted automatically so low-cost boxes play them smoothly.

Check it played
See each screen’s status and a recent screenshot from your workspace, and open reports of what played, when and for how long.

Offline
Keeps playing offline
Each screen downloads its content in advance. If the internet drops, it keeps playing, including scheduled changes for the next 24 hours, and sends its play records when it reconnects. After a power cut it starts again by itself.

Every play is recorded per screen. Reports show how often and how long each file played, day by day, with Excel and CSV export.

Does VisionMagic use patient information?
No. The screens play only the images and videos you upload. VisionMagic does not connect to patient records or booking systems.

Can it run all day without staff?
Yes. The screen plays its playlist in a loop, starts again by itself after a power cut, and keeps playing offline. You can email yourself an alert if a screen goes offline.

Can each screen show something different?
Yes. Each screen has its own playlist and schedules, and you can see what each one is playing and a recent screenshot from your workspace.
