How it works
Three steps to your first screen.
Most screens are playing within minutes of pairing.
01
Connect the screen
Install the VisionMagic app on the TV’s Android box or Android TV from a link, then pair it with the 6-digit code it shows. How to connect a screen
02
Add content and set the times
Upload images and videos, put them in a playlist and choose when each playlist plays. Videos are converted automatically so low-cost boxes play them smoothly.
03
Check it played
See each screen’s status and a recent screenshot from your workspace, and open reports of what played, when and for how long.
Why it holds up
Built for real venues.
For TVs on low-cost boxes and busy Wi-Fi.
Offline
Keeps playing offline
Each screen downloads its content in advance. If the internet drops, it keeps playing, including scheduled changes for the next 24 hours, and sends its play records when it reconnects. After a power cut it starts again by itself.
Reports
Proof of what played
Every play is recorded per screen. Reports show how often and how long each file played, day by day, with Excel and CSV export.
Where
UK and India
Each screen follows its own local time for schedules and reports, so one workspace can run screens in London and Bengaluru.
FAQ
Questions about this page.
Short answers. Anything else, just ask.
01
Can the menu change by time of day?
Yes. A schedule plays a playlist in a time window, for example a lunch menu from 12:00 to 14:00 on weekdays, and the screen goes back to its usual playlist afterwards.
02
Do I need special screens?
No. Any TV or display with an Android box or Android TV running Android 7 or newer works, including low-cost Android 9 boxes.
03
What if the Wi-Fi drops during service?
The screen keeps playing what it has already downloaded, including the next 24 hours of scheduled changes. New changes arrive when it is back online.
04
Can I show adverts for brands and prove they played?
Yes. Each play is recorded, and a per-file report shows where and how often an advert played, day by day, with Excel export.
