Go to Account → Notifications.
- Who gets the emails: up to 20 addresses. Use Send a test email to check they arrive.
- Offline alert: one email when a screen has been offline for the minutes you choose, and another when it is back. Alerts are sent within active hours, in each screen’s local time.
- Screen status email: a list of your screens and whether each is online, daily or weekly at the times you choose.
- Which screens: all screens, or only the ones you choose. Each screen can also have its own alert hours.
