While your screen plays, the VisionMagic mark sits in the bottom right corner, a little inside the edge, on a small dark badge. Each of its three bars is a quick check, so you can see at a glance that the screen is connected and on time.

What each bar means
- Left bar, the network. Green: the box is connected to the internet. Red: it is not. Check the Wi-Fi or the network cable, and that the router has internet.
- Middle bar, VisionMagic. Green: the screen is talking to VisionMagic. Orange: it is downloading new content. Red: it can’t reach VisionMagic; check the box’s internet connection. The screen keeps playing what it already has.
- Right bar, the clock. Green: the box has the right time and time zone. Red: its time or time zone is wrong. In the box’s Android settings, open Date & time, turn on automatic date and time, and set the time zone to where the screen is.
Always, only when there’s a problem, or off
- Always (the default): the mark is shown all the time, so everyone sees the screen is run by VisionMagic and staff can check it at a glance.
- Only when there’s a problem: hidden while all three bars are green; it appears as soon as one turns orange or red.
- Off: never shown.
Change it for one screen in its Settings → Status mark on the TV, or for new screens in Account → Device profile.
